The M clip is the standard hold-down for fiberglass (FRP) grating. Its M-shaped saddle straddles two adjacent bars on molded or pultruded I-bar grating, and a bolt pulls the panel down tight to the support. The same saddle design is also used on steel bar grating. 316 stainless is the usual choice for FRP in corrosive service.

Plan on at least four clips per panel, plus one at every intermediate support. That minimum comes from grating manufacturers' installation details. OSHA 1910.22 sets the performance requirement for secure walking-working surfaces rather than a clip count, so follow your grating manufacturer's detail or the engineer of record.
